Regional Leaders Forum 2009
As resoluted from the 21st Executive Council Meeting held in Manila, Philippines, the Vietnam Alumni Club of Youth Friendship Programs (VACYF) had been appointed to be the host of the 15th ASEAN – Japan Regional Leaders Forum 2009 which was held in Hanoi and Halong Bay – Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam from November 04-08th, 2009.
