AJAFA 21 Executive Council Meeting 2010

Conservation And Understanding Biodiversity Culture for Sustainance of Peace and Harmony

The 22th AJAFA-21 Executive Council Meeting was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The meeting was attended by 19 official delegates from 9 alumni member countries: (Cambodia , Indonesia , Japan , Laos , Malaysia, Myanmar , Philippines , Thailand , and Vietnam), Ex Officio members from JICA Malaysia and 2 Official Observers.

The meeting agenda are discussion & recommendation for AJAFA-21activities or cooperation from each alumni member, explanation of NEXT concept by CAC-21 and discussion on action plan for Conservation & Understanding Biodiversity Culture for Sustainance of Peace & Harmony. The 2 days meeting was meaningful and JICA will support AJAFA-21 for the new coming years as explained on the opening speech by Chief Representative of JICA Malaysia Office, Ms. Suzuki Noriko.
